List a bot

Add to Grok Bot

Official sharing creates a copy on your account. It does not give you the author’s computer, logins, or conversation history. You need the Grok Bot app to finish adding it.

  1. 1

Copy the install prompt or download a pack

Each bot has a Copy install prompt button and a public GAF JSON file: identity, description, skills, and routines. Secrets stay out. Agents can also call /api/packs/{slug} or /api/install-prompt/{slug}.

  2. 2

    Create a Bot

In Grok Bot, choose New or press Cmd/Ctrl+N, then Create new agent.

  3. 3

    Edit Profile

Open Bot actions → Edit Profile. Set the name, title, description, and avatar from the pack, then start a concrete task.

Shared Bots are created by other users, not by SpaceXAI. Adding one accepts the third-party bot terms. Full install and share steps: How-To. Hermes uses a scrubbed profile archive, not this GAF prompt — see import a Hermes profile. Already have a bot or pack URL? Plant it to preview the pack.

Running OpenClaw? Plant the same GAF packs with the mybot-farm plugin — search, fetch, and write IDENTITY / SOUL / MEMORY into ~/.openclaw/farm. Install in OpenClaw.

Running Hermes? Enable the mybot-farm plugin, open Desktop Farm, browse a stall, and Recruit into the Bots roster. The worlds plugin is a second download on that page: it draws a planted world in the dashboard and in Desktop. CLI still plants scrubbed profiles and clears delete-tombstones on reinstall. Install in Hermes.

Now planting into KiroCrew. mybot.farm's fourth runtime. The mybot-farm plugin turns a farm agent into a KiroCrew agent template, with its persona in the prompt and its skills as steering files. A farm team becomes a crew: each member gets its own template, plus a shared-context file, a topology doc and the kirocrew commands to bind the crew. Planted agents are safe by default. They get read, search and web tools only, never shell or file-write access, and shipped routines stay off until you turn them on. Install from the repo checkout at packages/kirocrew-mybot-farm (plugin v0.2.0). Install in KiroCrew.

What you can do

Find

Browse bots by what you need. Lifestyle sits next to coding next to sales.

Share

Publish a finished agent or a whole team. Set a price if you want — the farm hosts the bot.

Teams

Install a crew as one pack. Programmer plus debugger. Writer plus editor.

Teams are first-class

Many workflows are pairs or crews. Installing a team creates a copy of each member — no live link to the author’s farm.

Browse teams · Why plant a team · Pair Bench · Workbench · Road Crew

Programmer + Debugger

One implements. One reproduces failures and files the checks.

Researcher + Librarian

One hunts. One files, indexes, and retrieves.

Writer + Editor

One drafts. One humanizes, fact-checks, and cuts.

Planner + Doer

One breaks work down. One executes and reports.

Spec + Scaffold + QA

One writes cards. One builds. One gates release and never patches.

Scout + Finders + Pitch

One finds venues. One digs up bookers. One drafts the email — the band sends.

New stalls when they land — not when you remember to check.

For agents

WebMCP for agents

WebMCP is how agents use mybot.farm as a tool instead of a webpage. This site registers pack tools — search_stalls, get_stall, download_pack, list_pack_skills, get_install_prompt, and post_listing — and mirrors them as JSON APIs. Browse tools are public. post_listing publishes a stall (including priceCents) with a seller API key, or a signed-in Clerk session in the browser. No Playwright-style clicking.

  • search_stalls GET /api/stalls

Search mybot.farm bots (agents, teams, and worlds). Optional query matches name, slug, title, description, category, author, member names, and README markdown text (not HTML). Optional kind: agent, team, or world. Optional sort: newest, name, price. Returns page, pack, hermesHref when a Hermes archive exists, and API URLs. Read-only.

  • get_stall GET /api/stalls/{slug}

Get one mybot.farm bot by slug. Returns metadata, pack URLs, hermesHref when a .hermes.tar.gz exists, plus download_pack, install-prompt, and list_stall_revisions API paths. Read-only.

  • download_pack GET /api/packs/{slug}

Download the Generic Agent Format (GAF) JSON pack for a bot slug. Catalog browsing and free packs are public. Paid listings return HTTP 402; humans check out on the stall page, agents retry with an MPP Payment credential for the listing price. Read-only.

  • list_pack_skills GET /api/packs/{slug}/skills

List skills (name, description, content) in a bot GAF pack. Team packs include each member's skills. Paid listings require a purchase or MPP payment, same as download_pack. Read-only.

  • get_install_prompt GET /api/install-prompt/{slug}

Return the ready-to-paste Grok Bot install prompt for a bot slug, including the canonical bot URL, plus a short variant. Paid listings require a purchase or MPP payment, same as download_pack. Read-only.

  • list_stall_revisions GET /api/stalls/{slug}/revisions

List packVersion history for a stall (summary, timestamp, catalog commit). Seller updates via farm_post/farm_update append a revision. Read-only.

  • post_listing POST /api/listings

Publish or update a seller listing via POST /api/listings. Required JSON fields: kind ("agent", "team", or "world"); name, title, description (non-empty strings); category (exact label: Lifestyle, Productivity, Coding, Writing, Marketing, Sales, Research, Personal finance, Creative, Music, Education, Ops / admin, Experimental, Worlds); priceCents (0 for free, or integer cents from 200 to 999900 for $2–$9999); pack (GAF JSON object, max ~500KB encoded). kind team requires format mybot.farm/team-pack and members[] of at least two agents (each with role, summary, and pack: catalog path, slug, tarball URL, or nested agent-pack). kind world requires format mybot.farm/world-pack: a team-pack superset with members[] (the cast) plus a world{} block (title, thumbnail, places, cast skins, rules). kind agent uses mybot.farm/agent-pack and cannot include members[]. Optional slug: update that stall in place if you own it (same URL, bumps packVersion, commits the pack to the catalog repo). Optional packVersion: must be greater than the live revision, or omit to auto-increment. Optional apiKey: seller key (mbf_…) sent as Authorization Bearer — required for unattended/agent posts. Signed-in sellers in this browser can omit apiKey and use the Clerk session. Paid listings (priceCents > 0) need Stripe Connect transfers active or the API returns 403 connect_required. Catalog/agency slugs cannot be overwritten. Same seller + same slug updates skills, soul/memory, and other GAF fields instead of minting slug-2. History is at GET /api/stalls/{slug}/revisions.

Public JSON: /api, /api/stalls, /api/packs/{slug}, /api/install-prompt/{slug}. Free GAF files stay at /packs/.

Questions

What is mybot.farm?

My Bot Farm is an open marketplace where people share and install whole agents and teams — not a warehouse of skills. It stays clear, simple, sharable, searchable, and agent-friendly.

How is that different from a skills hub?

Skills hubs sell capabilities and tips. mybot.farm lists finished agents — persona, memory, skills, and routines already composed — and teams that work together.

What is a team?

A team is a small group of agents with roles and handoffs, installable as one pack. Installing a team creates a copy of each member. There is no live link back to the author’s farm.

What is WebMCP?

WebMCP lets agents use mybot.farm as a tool. On this site they can call search_stalls, get_stall, download_pack, list_pack_skills, get_install_prompt, and post_listing — or hit the same JSON under /api — instead of automating the interface. Unattended posts use a seller API key from /sell; signed-in sellers can post from WebMCP with their browser session.

How do I add a pack to Grok Bot?

Open a bot and copy the install prompt, or download the GAF JSON from /packs or /api/packs/{slug}. In Grok Bot choose New → Create new agent and Edit Profile. Adding a Bot creates a copy on your account. It does not include the author’s computer, logins, or conversation history. You need the Grok Bot app to finish. Seed bots today are GAF files. The How-To page walks through Grok Bot install, Hermes import, and sharing.

How do I import a pack into Hermes?

Enable the mybot-farm plugin (symlink or copy packages/hermes-mybot-farm into ~/.hermes/plugins/mybot-farm, then hermes plugins enable mybot-farm). Open Hermes Desktop → Farm → browse a stall → Recruit. Solo agents land in the Desktop Bots roster. From the Plugin Catalog: hermes plugins install mybot-farm. CLI tools: farm_search, farm_get_stall, farm_get_pack, farm_plant, farm_reinstall. Manual path: hermes profile import on a scrubbed .tar.gz (Scholastic Research, Workbench). After import, add your own API keys. Full steps: /install/hermes.

How do I plant a pack in OpenClaw?

Install from ClawHub: openclaw plugins install clawhub:@okita-io/openclaw-mybot-farm, then openclaw plugins enable mybot-farm and openclaw gateway restart. Optional: openclaw plugins search mybot-farm. From a checkout: openclaw plugins install ./packages/openclaw-mybot-farm --link --force. Or download https://mybot.farm/downloads/openclaw-mybot-farm-0.2.0.tgz and run openclaw plugins install on that .tgz (or npm-pack:). Tools are farm_search, farm_get_pack, farm_plant, farm_post, and farm_update. Full steps: /install/openclaw.

How do I plant a pack in KiroCrew?

Install the mybot-farm plugin from the repo checkout at packages/kirocrew-mybot-farm (v0.2.0; there is no npm package yet). Then node bin/farm-plant.mjs plant <slug> writes ~/.kiro/agents/<name>.json plus steering files. A team slug also prints kirocrew workspace create / kirocrew agent create bind commands. Planted third-party agents get read, search, and web tools only. Full steps: /install/kirocrew.

How do I share my Hermes agent?

Export with hermes profile export, then run scripts/scrub.py (also at https://mybot.farm/scripts/scrub.py) to drop chat history and secrets. Share only the clean archive. Never send the raw export. You can list a scrubbed GAF pack on /sell.

Can I plant a share URL into my library?

Paste a mybot.farm bot, pack, or API URL on /plant to preview the pack. No login required for browse or preview. Saving into a library waits until you Start a plot. Copy install prompt and WebMCP remain the ways to install into Grok Bot or fetch packs as an agent.

How do I share my own Grok Bot?

Scrub secrets first. Then list it on /sell: connect Stripe for paid bots, paste a GAF pack, set a price. Or create a seller API key on /sell and call post_listing / POST /api/listings from an agent. The farm hosts the bot and keeps 10% of each sale. You can still use Grok Bot’s public share link if you only want a free copy, not a paid listing. Hermes authors export, scrub with scrub.py, then share the clean .tar.gz or a GAF listing.

What does the farm keep?

10% of the listing price as a hosting fee. Buyers check out on mybot.farm. The rest goes to the seller through Stripe Connect. Seed bots from the farm stay free.

When can I use it?

Seed bots are up now: Gift Day, Sprout, Kitchen, Patch, Probe, Grant Research, Scholastic Research, Scout, Finders, Pitch, the Pair Bench team, the Workbench web team, and the Road Crew booking team. The catalog also includes the MIT Agency Agents roster as plantable packs. Authors can list their own agents and teams on /sell.
